This Is Bunk 47
No More Hiding.
No More Lies.

Bringing Hidden Darkness Into the Light
Bunk 47 exists to confront the porn addiction crisis inside the Church with honesty, courage, and the hope of the Gospel. What began as one man’s public repentance has grown into a focused mission: helping Christian men break free from sexual sin before it destroys their families, faith, and future.
Through real conversations, testimony, practical tools, and direct engagement with the hardest questions, Bunk 47 creates a space where men can step out of hiding and begin walking in truth.
"He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy." - Proverbs 28:13
The Vision
Our vision is to see a generation of Christian men walk in integrity — no masks, no double lives, no secret addictions — restored to their families, rooted in Scripture, and actively advancing the Kingdom of God.
"I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." - Galatians 5:16
We envision churches that are no longer silent about pornography, but prepared, courageous, and equipped to deal with it biblically and effectively — creating safe places for confession, real accountability, and true spiritual restoration.
The Mission
Bunk 47 is a safe haven where Christian men bring dark hidden sin into the light—sin that keeps many locked in shame, guilt, and isolation. We do not fix men; only God does that. We simply guide and encourage one another out of darkness and into His marvelous light.
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. - 1 John 1:7
On Doctrine
Our ministry is open to all Christian men who confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Because our brothers come from many different traditions, we find it vital to be clear about the foundation of our teaching.
The Sufficiency of the Sacrifice
We believe that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ is more than sufficient to cover all sin. No man can "out-sin" the grace of God; for where sin increased, grace abounded all the more (Romans 5:20). The same Savior who called us is not a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet He did not sin (Hebrews 4:15). He knows our failures and the battles we face.
The Assurance of Grace
At Bunk 47, we believe that a man who has truly placed his faith in Jesus Christ can have full assurance of his salvation—even in seasons of struggle. We are confident that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). Salvation is not maintained by our own perfection, but by the finished work of Christ on the cross (John 19:30). Our names are written in Heaven, and no one can snatch us out of the Father’s hand (John 10:28-29).
The Call to Repentance & Light
While we rest in grace, we do not use it as a license to make peace with sin. On the contrary, we believe sin must be brought into the light, for everything that is exposed by the light becomes visible (Ephesians 5:13). We are called to confess our sins to one another and pray for one another, that we may be healed (James 5:16). Freedom is found through genuine repentance and the daily walk of putting off the old self and putting on the new man (Ephesians 4:22-24).
Our Role as Brothers
Our hope is never in our own ability to fix ourselves. It is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose (Philippians 2:13). As brothers, our role is to stir up one another to love and good works (Hebrews 10:24), speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), and restoring those caught in transgression with a spirit of gentleness (Galatians 6:1). Together, we move out of darkness and into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).
